For many years I have followed the work and career of Australian political artist Peter Drew, drawn mostly to his AUSSIE posters that seemed to pop up all around every city I visited in australia. His use of portraits of non white immigrants to Australia acts as a challenge to racists who want australia to be a ‘white’ country.
