I am Kingfisher filled with grace.
Mia's dragon
lives underneath my third rib in comfort.
She's a tangled tease, becomes restless when I drink, burgundy,
on a waxing gibbous moon.
She protects me from sleeping aliens who wander.
Flames.
Devour the oxygen between my gentle stained lips, scorn all.
May I train her to enjoy the arts and lavish herself in literature.
As it will distract her from wandering, sleepy aliens.
Kingfisher dive, wings tucked.
Eyes wide.
Heart drums beating.
Breaking water-glisten sun-kissed ocean.
Split open.
Salt sprayed feathers.
Mias Dragon meets a watery death, only to be reborn again.
