ARTIST STATEMENT:

I'm drawn to the beautiful chaos of being, the idea that who we are isn't fixed but a constantly shifting mosaic. Each paper caricature in this piece represents a moment, feeling, or part of me from different times in my life. Inspired by Buddhist philosophy and neuroscience, this work explores how our sense of self isn't permanent. We are made up of pieces that are always changing, connecting, and evolving. The "I" we know today is just a fleeting moment in an endless flow, yet it all comes together to shape who we are, right here and now.
