Immigration results in the loss of family, friends, culture, social structures, status, identity, chronic visa stress and up-and down skilling manifesting in anxiety, depression and grief. This artwork contributes to breaking the silence and stigma surrounding mental health struggles in remote communities and encourages open dialogue in Pilbara workplaces and communities.
