ARTIST STATEMENT:
This work is inspired by time spent camping along the Wooramel River, where the landscape transforms dramatically in the late afternoon light. I was particularly drawn to a solitary tree on the clifftop and used that to anchor this composition. I loved playing with the colours and light in this scene.
