3036, Don't Play on the Hay Bales, Tania Vanzetti-Milic
ARTWORK ID: 3036
CATEGORY: Open Theme
ARTIST STATEMENT:
Inspired by a photo I took of my daughters and their cousins playing on the hay bales at sunset on my Dad's farm, this painting takes me back to the times when my siblings and I did the exact same thing. We were always told not to play on the hay bales, but despite the prickles, itching, and chafing, and the fact that we'd often wreck the bales, we just couldn't resist!
MEDIUM: oils
ARTWORK DIMENSIONS (width x height): 1000mm x 760mm
WEIGHT (approx): 0.7kg
ARTIST LOCATION: JOONDALUP, WA
ARTWORK ID: 3036
CATEGORY: Open Theme
