This work has been made using a combination of various techniques that include etching, dry-point, drawing and collagraph print to portray some of the flora and fauna common to the Northwest. Eucalypt and Banksia leaves, the Bilby, Little Black Crow, Stimsons Python, Grass Tree, Desert Pea, Ruby Saltbush and Spinifex Grass are featured. Attention is drawn to some of the individual elements to describe the beauty of patterns, lines shapes and textures which are sometimes overlooked in the larger picture.
